THE FIRST PREFABRICATED PASSIVE HOUSE IN GREECE
The first prefabricated house almost zero energy consumption nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building), designed with the philosophy of Passive House realized by the Easy Green in Porto Rafti, Attica. The house is one of the few passive houses that already constructed in Greece (not exceeding 10) and is the first passive house built with the method of prefabrication. It has a ventilation system with heat recovery 81% in combination with a water - air exchanger which is heated by solar panels.
This combination except high thermal comfort, constant humidity and good ventilation ensures almost zero consumption for heating. In the ventilation system will also adjust mild geothermal system to cool air in summer and warm air in winter. The hot water will cover entirely from 8m2 solar panels combined with a buffer tank 500lt. The construction of the house will be completed in about 40 days.
