Low power consumption and low construction cost ensured from the prefabricated wall system PRIME developed from Easy Green. Constructing this outer wall we ensure consumption's corresponding to B + energy class according to KENAK (Energy Efficiency of Buildings Regulations) and low manufacturing costs. Ideal for small ground-floor or two-storeys prefabricated houses with low consumption, cottages and tourist accommodation.

Easy Green always pioneer in construction of low energy housing technology designed studied and constructed in 2014 the first prefabricated passive house in Greece. The prefabricated roofs of construction system ENERGY system are constructed to allow the transpiration of the materials and not trap moisture and heat. Roofs topped with concrete tiles of BENDERS to ensure high durability (30 years manufacturer's warranty).

A flat roof that is partially passable, that allows use for repairs or maintenance of the solar, clothes plating etc. but it has not include the final coating plate so it can't be used as a terrace. Some of advantages are light weight, great thermal capacity and lower cost.
