Pellet boiler or biomass boiler produces heating water through biomass burning. Pellet is a solid material compressed into small cylinders to be used as fuel. It is made of woodwork waste of plants’ mass (e.g. sawdust, cardoon etc). Pellet displays a low moisture content when properly stored and thus can provide a substantial fuel efficiency.

Transmission systems

  1. Satisfactory coefficient of performance, near 0,9
  2. Low fuel costs
  3. Eco fuel

  1. Significant cost for purchase and installation of the boiler
  2. Needs storage room for fuel
  3. Needs human catering of the burner
