Process
Home Construction & Delivery Steps
EasyGreen follows a clear and organized home construction process, fully undertaking both the issuance of the building permit and the construction of your home, so that from the first contact through to after delivery, you always know what is happening and what the next step is.
Step 1.
First Contact – Selection of Construction System
During the initial communication, we discuss your needs, your plot, and your lifestyle. We present EasyGreen’s construction systems and guide you in choosing the most suitable solution for your home.

Model Selection & Architectural Design
Every project begins with a needs analysis, the selection of a base model or design direction, and the finalization of the project framework.
At this stage, the basic principles are defined, shaping the overall course of the design study and construction process.
Based on the selected construction system, we proceed with the architectural design of the home. The design can be based on an existing model, adapted to your needs, or created entirely from scratch, taking into account the plot, orientation, and your requirements.
Our design approach is based on knowledge of the actual construction process and the technical requirements of the project, ensuring that the proposed solutions are functional, realistic, and buildable.
The preliminary architectural design forms the basis for the next study phases and for the building permit issuance process.

Step 3.
Selection of materials & equipment
At this stage, flooring, sanitary ware, carpentry elements, such as doors, bedroom wardrobes and kitchen cabinets, as well as colour schemes are selected. Heating systems and electrical points are defined during the study phase and rechecked in the construction drawings.

Detailed project budget
Based on the preliminary architectural design and the material selections made up to this stage, a detailed project budget is prepared.
This budget includes both the construction of the home and additional costs outside the main construction scope, such as foundation works, landscaping, and other essential works required for the completion and proper functionality of the project.
At this stage, the budget is preliminary and helps the owner gain a clear picture of the total cost before proceeding with the building permit issuance process.
