Two-Storey 97 m² Home with Mediterranean Architecture
The LITHOS 97 two-storey 97 sq.m. home is a classic housing proposal, inspired by traditional Greek and Mediterranean architecture. The design combines clean volumes, simple morphology, and outdoor spaces that strengthen the home’s connection with the natural environment.
On the ground floor, the main everyday living area is developed with an open-plan layout that includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen. This organization creates a bright and functional space, suitable for everyday family use as well as moments of hosting. The direct connection with the outdoor area can enhance the feeling of comfort and make the veranda a natural continuation of the interior.
The internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where the more private zone of the home is organized. The bedrooms and main bathroom can be placed there, allowing the sleeping areas to have greater calmness and privacy compared to the shared spaces on the ground floor.
The home includes verandas and balconies that offer shading, views, and relaxation areas. Pergolas, the roof morphology, and the natural tones of the materials help the building integrate harmoniously into Greek landscapes, holiday areas, or plots with a Mediterranean character.
