The architectural layout of the building organizes 9 staff accommodation rooms around a functional circulation corridor and also includes shared spaces that support the daily operation of the unit. The proposal includes 3 triple rooms and 6 double rooms, with a total accommodation capacity of up to 15 employees.
Each room includes the basic equipment required for comfortable employee accommodation, while the building also provides shared spaces that support the unit’s operation. The proposal includes a shared kitchen, lounge area, laundry area, and storage room, allowing employees to have access to the essential facilities they need in their daily routine.
