Delivery Stages
EasyGreen homes can be delivered at different stages of completion, allowing each owner to choose up to which point they wish to take over the construction of their house.
The stages have been designed so that, at each delivery point, the house is structurally safe and completion can continue without the need to return to previous works.
In this way, the owner can better organise the time and cost of the construction, taking on part or all of the works they wish.

I want to be actively involved in the construction and organise a large part of the works myself.
SHELL
Fully completed exterior home
At stage A, the house is delivered fully completed externally.
The building is watertight and protected from weather conditions, with a completed roof, window and door frames, and exterior cladding.
Inside, the load-bearing structure and construction frame remain visible, allowing all interior works to be carried out.
Stage A is the ideal choice for owners who want to be actively involved in the construction of their house and have knowledge of building works or teams that can undertake the completion of the interior.
I want the house externally completed and the basic installations ready.
INSTALLATIONS
Externally completed home with electrical and plumbing installations
At stage B, in addition to the completion of the exterior shell, the basic electrical and plumbing installations of the house have also been constructed.
The installations are placed inside the walls, ceilings, and floors, and are covered by the interior wall linings.
From this point onward, the remaining works can be continued by the owner’s own teams.
Stage B is a balanced choice for those who have basic knowledge of building works and want to take on part of the completion.
I want an almost completed house, so that I only need to deal with the final choices.
HABITABLE WITHOUT JOINERY
Completed home with interior finishes
At stage C, the basic interior finishes of the house have also been completed.
Works such as the following have been carried out:
- tile installation
• painting
• final surfaces
• installation of sanitary ware
The house is now very close to full completion.
Stage C is an easy point for the owner to continue the completion of the project, as mainly the carpentry elements and the final home equipment remain.

MOVE-IN READY HOME
Fully completed home with equipment
At stage D, the house is delivered fully completed and ready for use.
All final works and the equipment provided for in the construction agreement are included, such as woodwork elements, interior staircases where required, final equipment, and the final completion details.
The owner can use the house immediately, without the need for any additional works.
