The Specification Guide is the detailed document that accompanies every EasyGreen construction offer and agreement, and clearly describes everything included in the construction system you have chosen for your home.
Possibility of changes and options
The elements listed in the guide do not bind the owner as final choices.
During the study and construction process, you can choose different materials, equipment, or configurations, provided that this is technically feasible.
In this case:
- the price provided in the guide is deducted
- and the price of the new option is added to the project budget.
In this way, the house can be fully adapted to the owner’s personal needs and preferences.
Relationship between the guide and the offer
The Specification Guide serves as a common reference point between EasyGreen and the client.
The offer and the construction agreement are based on this guide, so that there is a clear understanding of:
- the technical features of the house
- the equipment included
- and the way the cost is calculated.
If there is a time gap between the offer and the construction, this guide serves as the basis for updating the prices.

The Specification Guide is a detailed technical document. To quickly gain an overall understanding of the house, you can start with the following key points:
Construction system and wall structure
See how the building envelope of the house is constructed, including the walls, roof, and floors, and which materials are used.
Electrical and plumbing installation
This section refers to the basic number of electrical points, sockets, and plumbing connections per space.
Materials and basic home equipment
These sections describe the materials included in the offer, such as tiles, flooring, sanitary ware, kitchen, and other equipment.
Indicative material prices
In several cases, the price taken into account for specific materials is stated. This forms the basis of the costing and may change if different materials are selected.
