Four delivery construction stages<\/h3>

For any costumers who wish to take delivery of a prefab house in an intermediate stage of construction, and there on continue construction progress on their own, we have set a four delivery stages policy that they can choose. In this way they may regulate the cost and work schedule under a heavily limited budget, or broaden up the possibilities of materials to be used, work up for alternative solutions etc. They can choose among these stages:<\/p>\n

Stage A<\/h3>

Outer surfaces completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Externally:<\/strong> Fully completed external walls of prefabricated house with colored plaster, mounted openings\u2019 utilities, completed roof with tiles and gutters.<\/p>\n

Internally:<\/strong> Stud framework visible. Electricity tubes, plumbing, insulation and internal plasterboard not installed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Stage B<\/h3>

Outer shell completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Externally:<\/strong> Fully completed external walls of prefabricated house with colored plaster, mounted openings\u2019 utilities, completed roof with tiles and gutters.<\/p>\n

Internally:<\/strong> Additionally to stage A, electricity tubes, plumbing, heating pipes*, insulation and internal plasterboard (without putty fillings) have been fully installed.<\/p>\n

Completed interior.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Externally:<\/strong> Fully completed external walls of prefabricated house with colored plaster, mounted openings\u2019 utilities, completed roof with tiles and gutters.<\/p>\n

Internally:<\/strong> Additionally to stage B, internal surfaces painting has been completed, along with floor coverings, bathroom tiles, heating\/cooling and energy-saving systems*.<\/p>\n

Fully completed and equipped house<\/strong> :

Externally:<\/strong> Fully completed external walls of prefabricated house with colored plaster, mounted openings\u2019 utilities, completed roof with tiles and gutters.<\/p>\n

Internally:<\/strong> Additionally to stage C, all woodwork has been also completed: bedrooms\u2019 wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, internal doors and staircases (where applicable).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
