This preliminary review helps identify matters that should be investigated or resolved before submission. Final requirements are determined by the project, applicable regulations and competent authorities.

Meetings, document collection, design reviews, approvals and progress updates can generally be managed remotely. Surveys, measurements, inspections and procedures requiring local presence are carried out by the relevant professionals. Depending on the case, the owner may need to provide original documents, official signatures or appropriate authorisations.
Building-Permit Offer for Qualifying Homes over 80 m²
For qualifying homes with a main living area of more than 80 m², EasyGreen provides specific engineering studies required for the building permit at no additional cost.
The offer concerns the engineers’ fees for the basic studies and supervision specified in its terms. Common areas, basements, storage rooms, attics, lofts, semi-outdoor spaces, balconies and other auxiliary or non-main areas are not included when calculating the qualifying main living area.
Government fees, taxes and other third-party charges are not included. These include VAT, FEM and other prepaid or withheld taxes on engineers’ fees, TEE / e-Permits administrative fees, contributions and charges payable to the State, Municipality, e-EFKA or third parties, digital transaction fees, construction-inspector fees, utility-network fees and other legal charges required for the issuance, revision, update, completion, connection or final closure of the building permit.
These amounts are paid by the project owner in accordance with the legislation and applicable charges at the time.
Additional actions, approvals or studies required because of the property, its history or location are not included and are priced separately. These may include:
- settlement of unauthorised constructions
- stream delimitation
- land-registry procedures
- other special studies or approvals
