A complete residential project often requires more than the prefabricated building itself. Foundations, retaining structures, access, drainage and external works must be coordinated with the approved studies, site conditions and technical requirements of the home.

Reinforced-Concrete Works
Depending on the design and agreed scope, the works may include:

The works are carried out in accordance with the approved studies and the responsibilities defined for the project.
Surrounding Area and Supplementary Works
The agreed scope may also include:

Coordination with the home helps maintain a consistent technical and architectural approach across the complete property.
Technical Supervision
When EasyGreen undertakes these works, the required technical supervision forms a defined part of the project organisation. The scope and cost of supervision depend on the size, complexity, location, programme and required frequency of site presence.
For projects on islands or in remote areas, site access, transport and supervision requirements are evaluated from the beginning.
Progress Updates from the Site
Meetings, drawings, cost approvals and progress reports can be handled remotely. Photographs, videos and written reports may be used to keep a client abroad informed.
Physical surveys, setting out, inspections and construction supervision are carried out on site. Remote client participation does not replace the technical presence required for responsible construction.
